We are expanding rapidly, and this role will grow into a full time position for the right person.We are a company that values people who genuinely care — about customers, their teammates, and doing good work every day.About the RoleYou will be the friendly voice and steady hand behind our customer experience and operations, the person who keeps things running smoothly and makes sure every customer feels supported and valued.Your days will include: • Replying to customer enquiries with warmth, accuracy, and care. • Following up orders, deliveries, and requests until they are completely sorted. • Keeping our systems, data, and admin neat, tidy, and up to date. • Working closely with our small supportive team to keep everything flowing.This is the perfect role for someone who loves helping people, takes pride in the details, and wants their work to make a difference.Who You AreYou might come from hospitality, retail, or any customer facing background.
