Act as a leader by setting an example for team members, aiming to maintain healthy relationships and a good working environment. Encourage teamwork by establishing strong, trustworthy relationships. Main ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and comply with Colgate's policy requirements, EHS standards, Quality and FP&R, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production of finished products and related processes;Provide feedback to employees;Analyze and interpret KPIs (AU, UPDT, PDT, AML, Throughput, among others) and implement corrective and preventive actions to meet objectives;Communicate, investigate, and document out-of-specification cases;Promote good interpersonal relationships;Communicate effectively at all levels;Prepare, participate in, deliver, and evaluate required Quality, GMP, FP&R, and EHS training sessions;Manage, in partnership with maintenance, the operational conditions of equipment and make them available for necessary maintenance;Coordinate monthly and annual inventories with the Operations Team;Develop and update operational SOPs.
