Egybell is hiring a Operation Coordinator for a leading company located in MaddiKey Responsibilities: Find suppliers, get quotes, and process purchase orders.Ensure goods and services are purchased on time and effectively.Keep accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.Monitor stock levels and request new orders when needed.Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.Work with shipping companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.Collaborate with legal and business teams to meet contract obligations.Stay updated on market trends and regulations.Coordinate with teams to plan maintenanceOversee maintenance budgets, track spending, and save costs.Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and equipment inventory.Ensure safety regulations are followed and create a safe working environment for the maintenance team.Qualifications:5 - 7 Years of experience as a Operation Coordinator Bachelor's Degree.Very good English communication skills
