Operation Data Analyst Manager

Analyze and improve the performance of the automated distribution center (DC). Transform automation operations into clear, ROI-driven and actionable plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.Responsibilities:Provide automated DC operation performance reports and presentations to management as required.Analyze operational data to uncover insights for improving performance and reducing net DC costs.Collaborate with operations teams on effective manpower planning and productivity enhancement (manpower modeling).Investigate operational issues and develop data-driven solutions related to DC operations.Develop, execute, and track action plans to improve DC operational performance.Support management and cross-functional teams in defining business goals and monitoring DC roadmap progress.Coordinate closely with central supply chain and DC departments on volume forecasting, inbound/outbound activities, aging inventory, and promotional plans (routine and seasonal).Support DC operations to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.Identify innovations and new technologies to further enhance DC operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain analysis, with at least 8 years in a lead or managerial role.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.Remark: The company will conduct a criminal background check before considering hiring for this position.Working day: Monday - FridayLocation: Headquarters 889, 889/1 Moo 3.
