Operation Director

Responsibilities:Lead and manage all retail operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goalsDevelop and execute operational strategies to drive sales performance and store efficiencyOptimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experienceMonitor KPIs and analyze store performance to identify improvement opportunitiesAnalyze sales performance, operational costs, and KPIs to drive profitability and operational excellenceEnsure proper inventory control, stock availability, and cost managementPrepare operational reports and present key findings to senior management regularlyReport on business performance to senior executives and provide strategic recommendationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store managementStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesWilling to travel for store visits and operational supportProficient in Microsoft Office and operational systemsEnglish communication skills are a plus
