As an Operation Excellence Associate (Leads Management), you will be working in a small team and will lead project and initiatives that result in better leads conversion and frontliner productivity.Job description :Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements, specifically on improving conversion ratesEstablish the development and execution of procedures, standards and initiatives for the operational process.Lead project and initiatives that result in better leads conversion and frontliner productivity.Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects or initiatives.Requirements :Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or EconomicsMinimum 2 years experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or DataHaving good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective. Having experience and ability to set up & roll out new initiatives end-to-end, from ideation & conception to piloting, monitoring & ramp-up. Basic to intermediate SQL or Python is preferred.Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
