Job Description
Coordinate with local finance and banks for rate negotiations and timely issuance of pay orders.Create duty requests and submit on SNOW after approvals.Handle IBD creation in SAP and EIF processing on Weboc, including bank approvals.Liaise with clearing agents for shipment clearance and duty confirmations.Ensure insurance validity and timely processing of local supplier invoices, including tax opinion coordination.Manage document dispatch to banks/agents via rider.Oversee export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.Maintain close coordination with freight forwarders to ensure timely container availability for exports.
