Import & Export ManagementOversee and execute all import and export activities, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.2. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to all international trade regulations, customs laws, and environmental guidelines.Prepare and maintain mandatory documents such as certificates of origin, invoices, and declarations in compliance with statutory requirements.3. Logistics CoordinationPlan and manage logistics for raw materials and finished goods to optimize costs and delivery timelines.Evaluate and recommend cost-effective shipping routes and methods.4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of import/export transactions, licenses, and clearances.Prepare periodic reports on trade performance, logistics efficiency, and cost optimization.5. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline import/export processes for improved efficiency and cost reduction. Stay updated with evolving trade laws, documentation standards, and best practices in international logistics.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export management, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.
