Operation Executive (Logistics Operations, SWM)

About The RoleTheOperations Executive will manage end-to-end field and SWM operations, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower, fleet, and reporting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide multiple site teams to ensure SOP adherence. Manage route planning, fleet scheduling, and manpower productivity. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and authorities for timely execution. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. Mentor field teams for continuous performance improvement. Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in solid waste management or logistics operations. Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills. Proficient in Excel and operational dashboards. Skills & CompetenciesTeam leadership and field management. Data analysis and MIS preparation. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
