As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Intern to support our daily business operations, logistics coordination, and project execution.Position Overview: The Operation Intern will work cross-functionally with different teams to assist in managing procurement, logistics, supplier coordination, and project documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of the robotics industry, from supply chain management to production planning and quality control.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Supplier Coordination: Support sourcing activities, request quotations, and manage supplier communications for components and materials.Logistics Support: Assist in import/export documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with freight forwarders.Inventory Management: Maintain records of components, tools, and materials in stock; ensure timely replenishment.Production & Assembly Support: Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely assembly and testing schedules.Project Documentation: Prepare and update operational documentation, including BOMs, delivery records, and testing reports.Administrative Support: Assist in internal processes such as purchase requests, payment tracking, and document filing.Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of operational plans.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.Qualifications:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.Strong interest in robotics, automation, and manufacturing processes.Good communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.English reading/writing ability (for handling supplier and shipment documents).Why Apicoo Robotics?Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and robotics.Work in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive team environment.Opportunities for career growth in the robotic industry.Access to a 1:1 mentor and tailored training programs.Paid internship.Intern Program Timeline:1st Month: Company and product training, introduction to operational workflows.2nd–4th Month: Hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and documentation management.4th–6th Month: Lead small-scale operations projects with mentorship and evaluation.Final Stage: Performance review and potential promotion to Operation Executive or Project Coordinator role.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in this internship and what you hope to learn.
