Client looking for Ops ManagerLogistics*Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping/Marine Insurance)*Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates*Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients*Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs*Attend process level meetings i.e client facing.*Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions.*Bachelor’s degree*Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.(Preferred)*A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage*Experience of 10-12 years including BPM environment• Excellent Communication skills• Strong analytical & interpersonal skillsStrong client/ stakeholder management skills• Transition & Transformation experience preferred• Experience in handling seamless operationsplease share cv to kavita.aparanji@qmail.quesscorp.com
