Job description:To lead and manage the full operations of labor catering services, including kitchen production, dispatch, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role ensures smooth coordination across teams and sites, maintaining efficiency, food quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of central kitchens, packing, and dispatch activitiesEnsure production schedules meet daily meal volumes and client expectationsOversee food safety and hygiene compliance with SFDA, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standardsLead, train, and manage kitchen, hygiene, and logistics teams across multiple sitesMonitor and control food, labor, and logistics costs to improve efficiencySupport the launch of new sites and projects, ensuring full operational readinessMaintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues promptlySubmit regular reports on operations, staff performance, and key metricsImplement corrective actions and continuous improvements across departments Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service operationsStrong leadership and multi-site management experienceKnowledge of Saudi food safety and labor catering regulationsStrong communication, planning, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and operational reporting systemsArabic and English fluencyValid driving license
