Operation Manager (Coffee Shop)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage management, particularly in coffee shop or casual dining environments, with a focus on exceptional customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of food, beverage, and customer service.Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development as needed.Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal cost and product availability.Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality and timely delivery of goods.Prepare and manage budgets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a operation or Coffee Shop Manager.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, particularly coffee-focused service.Understanding of UAE food safety regulations and labor laws.Preferably based in Abu Dhabi.Preferred Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.Strong knowledge of specialty coffee trends is a plus.Fluency in English is required; Arabic Speaker is an advantage.
