It serves as both a reference and a foundation for your success with us.Position OverviewAs Operations Manager, you are responsible for the overall coordination of clinic operations, including both administrative and patient care-related functions. You will be managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team that includes front desk staff, physiotherapists, physicians, osteopaths, and support personnel.Your role is to ensure smooth clinic workflow, uphold high standards of service and compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and wellness.Responsibilities:Clinic Operations & AdministrationOversee daily administrative functions, including patient scheduling, intake, EMR systems, billing, and supply management.Monitor patient flow to minimize wait times and optimize care delivery.Ensure all operational systems function effectively and efficiently.Staff Supervision & TrainingLead, train, and support both clinical and administrative staff.Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.Facilitate staff meetings and promote interdepartmental communication.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure the clinic is compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records, and operational reports.Participate in audits, licensing renewals, and policy updates as needed.Patient Experience & SatisfactionSupport the delivery of a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience.Manage patient feedback systems and implement improvement initiatives.Resolve concerns or escalations with empathy and professionalism.Strategic Planning & GrowthContribute to long-term planning, process improvements, and clinic expansion goals.Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.Reporting & CollaborationYou will report directly to the Medical Director and work closely with our Executive Leadership Team.
