With the largest Medjool farm in the Middle East covering 35 million square meters, Gheras Alkhairat produced 2,000,000 kilograms of dates in 2022, with plans to increase production to 5,000,000 kilograms by 2027. Most products are exported internationally, aligning with Saudi Government's Vision 2030 and national transformation program, while operating on organic principles to ensure sustainability and health. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Riyadh. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and coordinating production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards, and implementing company policies. Responsibilities also include supply chain management, budget planning, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize productivity and contribute to the company's growth strategies.
