You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in driving efficiency, quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.Role Purpose:Lead operational improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, optimizing performance metrics, enhancing quality standards, and implementing best practices that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute operational and process improvement roadmaps aligned with company objectives• Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement• Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process optimization initiatives• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track operational performance• Standardize processes and documentation across multiple branches or operations• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and reporting• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement objectives• Prepare structured reports and present data-driven insights to leadership• Train teams on process improvement tools, methodologies, and best practicesQualifications & Competencies:• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or quality management (QSR or multi-branch preferred)• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering• Certifications: KPI Professional, Process Improvement Specialist, Data Analysis Professional• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Project Management• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and performance tracking• Demonstrated success in delivering efficiency and waste-reduction projects• Proficient in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BI, and Project• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
