Operation Program CoordinatorAIM OF THE POSITION Leads and provides comprehensive follow-up on operational matters in order to ensure mastery of delivery date reliability (OTD) in accordance with contractual requirements. Communicates with the customer and the program management regarding the analysis of OTD reliability and, when necessary, negotiates adjustments to delivery dates.Within the framework of a multi-site program, the Program Operations Coordinator (OPC) of the main plant considers the secondary plant as its supplier. Therefore, they coordinate with the Operations Manager of the secondary plant and lead communication with the customer.In the case of dual sourcing between two Latécoère plants, one plant is designated as the main plant and is responsible for communicating the results of both plants to the customer.The OPC is involved from the program launch phase through to its completion and serves as the interface/link between the customer and the organization assigned to the program, thereby ensuring full control and management of OTD.MISSION AND ACTIVITIESLEAD THE PROGRAM LAUNCHParticipates in defining the adaptation rules for order books that do not comply with contractual conditions.Manages collaboration with the customer based on the results of the S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) process.LEAD MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMSCoordinates and challenges the various stakeholders in the plant to ensure full compliance with the program requirements.Holds regular meetings with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and ensure the achievement of objectives (technical progress, quality, planning, risk management, etc.).Prepares and participates in regular/frequent meetings of the program Core Team.ENSURE PROGRAM MONITORING AND REPORTINGMonitors and analyzes hours and recurring expenses, comparing them closely with the budget.Reports on the program’s hours and recurring expenses.Works jointly with the administrative and financial management in analytical evaluations (at the plant level).Validates progress in planning, quality, and launch preparation.Fully masters the “End-to-End” impacts of the Supply Chain (on-time delivery to the customer).MANAGE THE BUDGETEnsures the monitoring of billing (sales volume), invoices to be issued (progress integration), and costs (hours allocated to all operations-related topics, raw material and logistics costs).Follows up on the preparation/presentation of the “serial” sales volume report.MANAGE THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPMasters contractual and regulatory requirements.Ensures customer satisfaction regarding quality, delays, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Provides the customer with visibility on short-term impacts, procurement escalations, and alternatives.Negotiates OTD (On-Time Delivery) collaboration with the customer.MANAGE THE EXECUTION PHASE / ENSURE CONTRACT COMPLIANCEThroughout the program lifecycle, the OPC performs demand/PO reviews.Identifies, with the support of the involved team, any contractual deviations with suppliers.Monitors backlog and negotiates new delivery dates.MANAGE RISKS AND PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTEscalates to the program any identified risks that impact OTD and/or costs.Coordinates issue and crisis management affecting OTD with operations teams.Ensures proper management of buffers (inventory and capacity).Ensures that every OTD/OQP (On-Time Delivery / On-Quality Performance) failure is followed by an A3 or 8D analysis and that the corresponding corrective and/or preventive action plan is fully implemented by the key stakeholders/departments in the plant.OTHER MISSIONS / ACTIVITIES AS REQUIREDLEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE LEVEL(Includes Level 1 missions plus the following:)ENSURE MONITORING AND REPORTING OF PROGRAM(S)Coordinates the Program Operations Managers of the plants involved.MANAGE RISKS AND PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTProposes and/or implements organizational and process development actions to improve the company’s responsiveness and/or compliance with customer requirements.LEVEL 3: ADVANCED LEVELSupports and follows up on the training and onboarding of new managers and/or talents in the program (mentoring).V / RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROACTIVE ATTITUDEThe Program Operations Managers/Coordinators assume the following responsibilities for the program to which they are assigned:Ensure OTD: “End-to-End” coordination of supplies up to customer delivery.Ensure management of the program’s recurring expenses.Manage the operational interface with the customer.VI / REQUIRED COMPETENCIESTechnical:Project managementBasic knowledge of financeMRP2Organizational skillsBehavioral:Ability to create new business opportunitiesAmbitionAgilityFocus on the customer and customer satisfactionInnovation in technical and operational fieldsHigh standards and disciplineAnalytical skillsAbility to anticipateCommunication skills
