Operation Specialist

Job DescriptionAble to handle full set of KYC and account onboarding process. Reviewing of documentation and update of information to banks’ core systems in accordance to bank policies and MAS guideline.Scanning of customers’ documents and information and safe-keep in our system and secure room.Ensure timely and accurate validation of client instructionParticipate in KYC and static maintenance-related projects, system enhancements and testing.Provide supports to Ops and stakeholders related to KYC and static maintenance.Contribute to continuous improvement (Participate in problem solving and discussion etc)To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by Team Manager (Supervisor) / Management. Requirements:More than 3 years of strong KYC and AML experience, preferably within banking or financial services.Familiar with MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build teamwork with team members.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and uphold a high standard of professionalism.Ability to multi-tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlinesWillingness to adapt to dynamic circumstancesDiploma/ Higher Diploma/ Degree in Banking and Finance, other related disciplines
