Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience in application development/support, with a focus on low code/no code platforms, specifically Outsystems.Experience with ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management processes Implement change management and incident management workflows, using ITSM tools to automate workflows is advantageousStrong understanding of web application architecture, databases, and integration technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experienced with management cloud infrastructure and services /certification with GPC, GCC (i.e. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or equivalent cloud platforms will be preferred.
