I am helping my client to seek a talent to support their office operation and manage the customer services in their Bangkok office.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support general administrative tasks for daily office functions.Manage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and facilities to ensure readiness and availability.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing quality service and following up on customer needs and concerns.Address complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.Implement and uphold customer service processes and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above hoder.3 years of experience in operations, customer support, sales support, or a related area.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.Ability to manage challenging customer interactions and work under pressure.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.#jobopportunity #job #customerservices #officeoperational #officemanager
