The role involves developing and delivering training programs related to operation theatre protocols, equipment usage, and sterilization techniques. The trainer will assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Additional responsibilities include designing instructional materials and contributing to continuous improvement in training methods and curriculum.
