Operational Account Manager

General Overview The Operations & Driver Relations Manager plays a key role in coordinating the daily activities of the car rental business. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage relationships with drivers, develop a client base and ensure smooth operational performance. A successful specialist in this role is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve measurable business growth while maintaining high service standards.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain effective communication with drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.Develop and manage the company’s client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Monitor and coordinate daily rental operations, including scheduling, fleet availability, and customer service performance.Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and service quality.Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and client retention.QualificationsProven experience in operations management, logistics, or car rental services (2+ years preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both clients and drivers effectively.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office or CRM systems for managing customer databases.Ability to work independently, stay result-oriented, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the car rental industry or transport logistics is a plus.
