Operational Accountant

You’ll be part of a lean, dynamic team where every decision counts — and you’ll have real influence over how the business runs.What You’ll DoRun the day-to-day finance function — cash flow, management accounts, reconciliations, and reporting.Take ownership of inventory, stock control, and costing — making sure what’s on the books matches what’s on the shelves.Maintain and monitor Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product profitability.Oversee procurement and supplier management, ensuring smooth operations and smart spending.Keep systems sharp — from accounting platforms to inventory tracking.Deliver monthly reports that actually mean something — not just numbers, but insights.Support management in smart, data-driven decision-making.What You BringA BCom Accounting or Financial Management degree (or similar qualification).At least 5 years of real, hands-on experience managing finances in an SME, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.Solid skills in inventory, costing, BOMs, and supplier management.Comfort with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).You’re sharp, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.You don’t just report problems — you fix them.Why You’ll Love It HereAt 32Gi, you won’t get lost in bureaucracy or red tape.
