GUM, one of its oral care brands, offers a portfolio of solutions designed to accompany people through different life stages and oral health challengesTo join our dynamic European Supply Chain team based in Etoy, we are looking to hire aOPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND TRANSFORMATION LEAD MISSIONThe Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead will drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and resilience across the global supply chain and quality organization (excluding manufacturing discipline). This role is responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement, leading transformation programs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to deliver sustainable value and operational performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAmong all his/her responsibilities, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:Operational Excellence FrameworkDevelop and implement a global operational excellence strategy across Procurement, supply chain planning, warehousing, distribution and quality discipline.Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and digital methodologies to optimize end-to-end processes.Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and governance models to ensure consistent performance and compliance.Transformation LeadershipLead global transformation programs focused on cost optimization, lead time & service improvement, and digital enablement.Partner with the teams to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.Ensure change management and stakeholder engagement strategies are effectively executed.Performance Management & AnalyticsDefine and monitor operational metrics to track progress against strategic goals.Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends and improvement areas.Capability Building & CultureFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the global supply chain and quality organization.Act as a coach and mentor for the GSCQ team members.Strategic Alignment & GovernanceEnsure alignment of operational excellence initiatives with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.Lead governance forums to review progress, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing & Distribution) to deliver integrated solutions.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (Black Belt preferred).7+ years of experience in global supply chain operations, quality management, or operational excellence roles, with a proven track record in leading large-scale programs in a multinational environment.Influencing and leadership skills to drive change in complex organizations without management authority.Digital mindset with experience in automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
