Operational Excellence Consultant

What will you do?As an Operational Excellence Consultant, your role involves:Developing and implementing OpEx programs and strategies for clients to enhance performance and drive efficiency. We leverage both traditional and digital analysis methods to uncover inefficiencies and streamline operations, making meaningful impact. Building and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on all OpEx matters. This includes providing training and coaching to clients on OpEx methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as culture development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you can engage with all levels of the organisation by blending IQ and EQ effortlessly. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple projects and priorities with ease. You speak English fluently, in addition to Dutch and/or French.Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
