Operations Excellence Officer Job DescriptionSpearheads the identification and implementation of Best-Known Methods (BKMs) and standardization initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and service levels across Supply Chain Management operations.Manages projects involving process optimization, standardization, and technology deployment for warehouse, transportation functions, and demand & supply planning. Drives achievement of Critical Success Indicators (CSIs) related to operational efficiency, layout design, headcount planning, and capacity management and On Time in Full (OTIF). Conducts studies and projects on transportation and delivery optimization, focusing on truck utilization and network analysis to reduce operational costs and enhance service performance QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Operations ManagementProficient in project management, lean manufacturing principles, and data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis.Willing to travel to other Distribution Centers in Luzon and VisayasWork ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Planner or Operations Supervisor, with a proven track record in process improvement and team coordination.
