You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.About The RoleIndividual is responsible for supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives in continuous improvement, problem solving, developing and implementing CI system initiatives. This role will also build and manage a training system that ensures Plant employees learning initiatives are aligned with operational needs, standards and business goals.Your responsibilities Supporting the execution of deployment plan and readiness of functionSupport deployment and post deployment of initiatives with close collaboration with functional representativeSupport the development and delivering of training materialsSupport and facilitate CI related workshopsTrain employees on operational excellence principles and toolsGuide teams in applying CI applications in roll-outImplement monitoring systems to track Site performanceTrack and maintain CI performanceContinuously evaluate system and provides recommendations for improvementDesign, build and implement a structured training system in the Plant that includes onboarding, upskilling and certification processesBuild and maintain role-specific skill-matrix, training, competency models and skill progression pathwaysDevelop standardized tools and documentation such as training modules, SOPs and work instructions in collaboration with department leadersTrain and support on-the-job function trainers in delivering consistent and effective trainingThe experience we're looking forEducationDiploma/ Degree in EngineeringExperienceMinimum 5 years of working experience in minimum 2 years’ in operational excellence related or similarExperience in training and development is an advantageExperience in supporting deployments will be an advantageExperience in design and building of system will be an advantageSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, Lean Six Sigma/ TPMKnowledge and experience of Operational Excellence SystemKnowledge and experience in Learning & Development system will be an advantageExcellent communication skillsStrong Team player with high collaboration to ensure successful deployment of company systemProfessional CertificationsMinimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificationWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
