This role ensures consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment across functions, enabling high performance and scalable execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Operational Excellence: Evaluate how teams operate and implement best practices to improve clarity, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.Embed OKRs: Lead the rollout of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to foster measurable goal-setting, focus, and accountability across teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders to design and implement improvements, ensuring changes are informed by risk, performance, and delivery insights.Advisory & Influence: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, identifying systemic issues and enabling long-term improvements in structure and delivery.Culture & Enablement: Promote a high-performing, reflective culture by providing tools, frameworks, and coaching that support sustained improvement.Your ProfileProven experience in operational strategy, transformation, or business management within a regulated, matrixed environment.Strong background in assessing team effectiveness and operational design.Hands-on experience with OKRs or similar performance frameworks.Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving change without formal authority.Analytical, structured, and comfortable presenting to executive audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.Equivalent experience in operational excellence or consulting considered.
