Operational Performance Leader

Job Description

What awaits you in this roleWe are looking for fellow team members for our Technical Operations team.Own and oversee the full SLA framework across the charging station network, ensuring a targeted uptime is achieved and maintainedLead reactive and predictive maintenance strategies across regions and ensure smooth execution of fault response activities in coordination with subcontractors and field teamsManage incident response processes and ensure timely root cause analysis and resolutionUse long-term performance data and fault trends to develop predictive maintenance models and continuous improvement plansDefine, track and report operational KPIs (uptime, MTTR, SLA, etc.) through dashboard systems and performance monitoring tools to enable data-driven decisionsCollaborate with internal teams (Field Ops, Engineering, IT) and external partners to ensure seamless operational coordination and service deliveryEnsure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standardsReport regularly to senior leadership with actionable insights on network performance and maintenance efficiencyMaintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; embrace a customer-centric perspective to support fast, easy, and reliable charging experiences, while contributing to profitable and sustainable growth.What we expectBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical fieldMinimum 7–8 years of experience in maintenance and fault management, operational performance tracking, and technical service delivery (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or e-mobility sectors)Proven experience in managing SLAs, uptime metrics, and incident resolution processesFamiliarity with predictive maintenance methodologies, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-makingStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment across monitoring and maintenance functionsHigh level of self-discipline, ownership, and motivation in managing field and back-office operational flowsFluent in English Proficiency in performance monitoring tools, KPI dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and technical reportingAdvanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesAble and willing to travel and drive within Türkiye and abroad as requiredHow we conduct our recruitment processPreliminary InterviewPersonality Inventory, General Aptitude and English TestsPeople and Culture and Team InterviewAssessmentLearning Agility InventoryReference CheckOffer StageWhat are the privileges of being an Eşarj employeeHybrid work model supported by ergonomics and communication,Flexible working hours and hours without meetings,Extensive private health, and life insurances & company-supported Private Pension Insurance,Inter-departmental rotation opportunities,Leave package including 5-Day Welcome Leave, Birthday and Extended Parental Leaves,Employee Support and Counseling Practice Resources.
