As a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting smooth procurement workflows, maintaining data integrity, and driving process efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to BRP-Rotax’s operational excellence and global business success.Your ResponsibilitiesReview, creation, and processing of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in the ERP systemResolution of discrepancies between purchase order, goods receipt and invoice (3-way match) and close coordination with procurement, accounting, and internal departmentsAccurate maintenance and update of vendor master data and pricing information in the systemSupport in preparing standard contracts ensuring accurate price maintenance in the ERP systemConducting user trainings, providing operational support, and assisting internal stakeholders in procurement processesOrganizing meetings, appointments, and business trips related to operational purchasing activitiesYour Experiences And SkillsFluent in English and German (written and spoken)Experience in operational procurement, ideally within a large organization or Shared Service CenterProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Understanding of purchase order and invoice matching principles and tax implicationsFamiliarity with eProcurement and digital invoicing solutionsPrecise and structured working styleStrong team player with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to adapt to change and support process improvement initiativesWe offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 41,270.49 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
