Job Description
Partner with the Global and Regional Risk and Compliance team members to build a risk awareness culture on the account and minimize compliance gapsSupport annual planning activities, including the account risk assessment, country risk assessment, and development of Risk and Compliance strategic initiatives and sampling planProactive analysis of data, developing summary conclusions and reporting, leading discussions with the team regarding findingsDelivery of monthly client compliance checks and reportingSupport timely and accurate reporting for key governance meetingsLead ad hoc analysis and reporting, as assignedManagement of team SharePoint site and contentReview and analyse global risk incident reporting. Assist in the management of follow up reporting to risk incidents. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Risk and Compliance team, including development of templates, policies, and proceduresIdentify opportunities for improvements in processes and collaborate with the business partners to implement appropriate remediation plansEstablish and maintain excellent working relationships with peers, internal colleagues, and clientsPerform training activities as needed
