In this role, you will support the identification, assessment, and management of operational risks across the organization. You will work closely with senior analysts to develop insights that drive risk mitigation strategies and contribute to a culture of risk awareness.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of operational risk assessments and control evaluations across various departmentsSupport the development of risk reporting, monitoring, and analysis to track key risk indicators (KRIs)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential operational risks and recommend appropriate controlsParticipate in the documentation and maintenance of risk management policies and proceduresHelp prepare presentations and reports for senior management on operational risk trends and findingsContribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and frameworksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related fieldBasic understanding of operational risk concepts and frameworksStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis toolsAbility to communicate complex information clearly and effectivelyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with risk management software or toolsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements related to operational riskInternship or coursework related to risk analysis or complianceTechnical Skills and Relevant TechnologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointBasic knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BIUnderstanding of risk assessment methodologies and analytical techniquesSoft Skills and Cultural FitProactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and growAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functionsAdaptability to changing environments and priorities
