Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Risk Analyst located in Lagos. The Operational Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, implementing risk management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing financial data. The role also involves monitoring risk indicators, preparing risk reports, and communicating risk-related information to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledgeExperience in Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Risk ManagementExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work on-site in LagosBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications in risk management or finance are a plusProven ability to work independently and within a team
