About The JobWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn.Your Main Activities AreSupport and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees Manage and communicate exchange-related requests with stakeholders (Statistics; KPIS; presentations; etc.)Provide regular updates, including: Weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC’s senior managementSupport the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicatorsUse different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reportsAssist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or ownerProfile And Skills To SuccessUndergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or FinanceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, OutlookStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPerfect fluency in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbout The TeamThe Operational Permanent & Control (OPC) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.
