Our personalised features and seamlessly integrated services are built around your needs, helping you spend, save, and plan for your future.The Wio Bank Operational Risk Management is looking for a strong candidate who is experienced in Operational Risk Manager with a focus on Third Party Risk Management to join our rapidly growing digital bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks associated with our digital banking activities, particularly those related to third-party vendors.What you’ll be responsible for: Risk Identification & Assessment: Identify and assess operational risks that could impact the bank. This includes risks associated with systems, processes, people, and external events. Third Party Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with third-party vendors. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to manage identified risks. Risk Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant committees. Operational Risk Management Tools: Good knowledge in RCSA, Control Testing, KRIs, OR Event Management and Issues and Action Plans. Policy Development: Develop, maintain, and update risk management policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Training & Awareness: Promote a strong risk culture by providing training and awareness to staff on operational risk management. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CORM) would be a plus. Proven experience in operational risk management, with a specific focus on Third Party Risk Management, preferably in a digital banking environment. Strong understanding of (digital) banking operations, third-party vendor management, and associated risks. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and produce relevant insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and promote a strong risk culture. What is in it for you?
