Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between hospitals, trainers, and trainees to ensure smooth execution of training programs.Schedule training sessions, manage attendance, and prepare training materials.Track progress and feedback from trainees to ensure quality and compliance.Handle daily communication with partner hospitals and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Academic).Maintain accurate records for all training programs, including contracts, schedules, and invoices.Support event operations (workshops, conferences, and CPD programs).Monitor trainer performance and ensure adherence to Plan P standards.Prepare regular reports and updates for the Operations Manager.
