Hybrid Operational Support Manager We are seeking an Operational Support Manager to join our team in Westwood. This role provides guidance and operational support to a group of sales professionals working in both in-person and remote environments. You will also manage two administrative support professionals. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are looking for a culture driver who will be the face of the office. Prior experience with workplace engagement, events and culture building are strongly desired. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational, technology, and administrative support to sales staffAssist with reporting, and operational support activitiesManage, lead, and develop two operational support team membersEnsure compliance with company guidelines throughout all operational processesDeliver feedback, coaching, and guidance to drive skill improvement and team engagementFacilitate team meetings and events and communication of new initiativesSupport adoption and usage of new processes and technologiesPartner with internal stakeholders for the delivery of development programsCoordinate office administration, including inventory, property management, and vendor relationsAssist in managing contracts and compliance processesAbout YouPassionate about delivering excellent operational supportCollaborative and solution-oriented, with a desire to work in a consultative environmentMotivated to learn and embrace new skills and technologiesStrong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication abilitiesEnjoy working in a performance-driven, results-focused settingQualificationsInterest in diverse perspectives and continuous improvementAbility to adapt to organizational changesExperience building effective cross-department relationshipsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredPrior experience in administrative or operational support rolesPrevious supervisory and people management experienceProven ability to execute operational projects and drive process improvementsBackground in staff hiring and training preferredSelf-directed and proactive approach to workTechnical aptitude in troubleshooting systems and tools, both in-person and remotelyFamiliarity with database entry, reporting, and office technology systems
