We’re looking for a reliable and organized team member to manage daily operations, from inventory and order fulfilment to in-store sales and basic accounting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and track inventory across store, warehouse, and online channelsPrepare and ship online orders via Shopify and retailer panelsEnsure timely invoicing, expense tracking, and document entry using ParaşütMaintain smooth retail operations and assist with customer serviceFollow up on returns, exchanges, and stock levelsSupport in-store sales and represent the brand when neededCoordinate between production, logistics, and sales teamsRequirements:Proficiency in Shopify, Paraşüt, and Google Tools Highly organized, solution-oriented, and proactiveStrong multitasking and time management skillsFluent in Turkish; English proficiency requiredExperience in logistics, retail, or operations preferredComfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve and flexibility is key
