Join us, and get better with every move.As a Temporary Energy Employee, you are the main point of contact for our internal and external customers.You are responsible for answering questions, solving problems, and providing support related to charging solutions, reimbursements, and energy (charging) cards.Your responsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls, emails, and cases while working according to the FIFO principle.Handle inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, keeping all stakeholders informed at every stage.Provide information about our products and services.Accurately record data and interactions in our systems.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.Work together with external suppliers to handle escalated cases and find solutions.Periodically retrieve, process, and validate supplier invoices related to energy and charging, including customer billing.Contribute to process improvements and overall customer satisfaction.Work together with colleagues to update work instructions and FAQs.Act as an EV ambassador within the company, promoting knowledge and enthusiasm for electric mobility.Who are we looking for?You have a genuine interest in electric vehicles (EV) and are eager to learn.You understand Ayvens’ internal processes related to charging solutions and energy (charging) cards.You are fluent in French and Dutch and proficient in English.You are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.You have a commercial mindset and a B2B-oriented approach.You are comfortable working with Excel, Miles, Salesforce, Outlook, Cockpit, Cognos/Power BI, and MyAyvens.Why Ayvens?
