An expansion based on satisfied clients, true partnerships with customers as well as hotel suppliers, and visionary IT solutions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic team and take care of key aspects of the daily transfer operations at MTS Globe. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between providers, internal departments, and clients, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities:Support daily operations:Organize and manage daily transfers, including routes between Agadir and Marrakech.Insert transfers manually into the TKO system and ensure data accuracy.Import excursion and transfer error reports from the inbox.Weekly & Monthly tasks:Close weekly groupings for both RAK and AGA.Follow up on monthly kilometers for provider New Prestige.Communication & Service Quality:Check and respond to emails daily.Answer and handle calls from guests and tour operators.Provide information to the complaints department regarding issues raised.Coordination & Problem Solving:Recalculate and adjust grouping errors in collaboration with the Finance department.GPS follow-up for J2holidays transfers.Act as the point of contact for providers, suppliers, and incoming agencies.RequirementsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office.Good level of English and Moroccan required, other languages are a plus.Flexible to work weekends and varied hours to support the operationDesirable: Experience in a similar roleDriving License
