Operations Analyst

Payrate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Summary:The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management (KEM) team during a four-month contract period. This role will focus on enterprise policy updates, knowledge article publishing, and operational support to ensure seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows. Responsibilities:Knowledge Article Management:Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence and multiple orgs (Org62, Legal Ops, Peopleforce, Supportforce)Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processesSupport CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiativesHelp maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structuresPolicy & Documentation Support:Assist with enterprise policy management, updates and publication in ConfluenceAssist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reviews and updatesAdministrative & Project Support:Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvementsSupport management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updatesSubmit regular status reports on progress Required Skills & Experience:3-5 years experience in knowledge management/operations, legal operations, or similar fieldStrong project coordination and administrative skillsExperience with content management systems and documentation workflowsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision PreferredExperience with  platforms and knowledge base managementFamiliarity with legal or compliance documentationBackground in policy managementKnowledge of AI/agent content preparation Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $40.00/hr.  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.  Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.  Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance. Consent to Communication and Use of AI Technology: By submitting your application for this position and providing your email address(es) and/or phone number(s), you consent to receive text (SMS), email, and/or voice communication whether automated (including auto telephone dialing systems or automatic text messaging systems), pre-recorded, AI-assisted, or individually initiated from Aditi Consulting, our agents, representatives, or affiliates at the phone number and/or email address you have provided.
