We value precision over scale, relationships over transactions, and delivery that matters.We’re now looking for an Operations Analyst, someone who can help turn our ideas into reality.The RoleThis role is about making things happen. You’ll work directly with the Founders to bring structure, momentum, and follow-through to the ideas, projects, and improvements that move Fortice forward.You’ll sit at the heart of the business, supporting everything from internal processes and compliance to marketing and people operations, helping translate ambition into action.If you’re organised, curious, and like taking ownership of “how things get done,” this is your kind of role.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational DeliveryTurn high-level plans into clear, actionable workflows.Support daily operations, tracking tasks, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Identify where processes can be improved, simplified, or automated.Contracts & ComplianceOnboarding, logistics, and relationship management.Manage and maintain client contracts, NDAs, and partner agreements.Support legal, financ,e and data compliance activities, ensuring documentation and frameworks stay up to date.People & ProcessDocument internal playbooks, onboarding materials and operational guidelines.Help streamline internal systems across delivery, research and BD.Support internal communications and culture initiatives.Brand & CommunicationsHelp shape Fortice’s brand presence, drafting and scheduling posts, managing content, and tracking engagement.Coordinate events, client materials, and marketing initiatives that showcase our work and people.About YouYou don’t need to have done this exact role before, but you’ll have a natural ability to organise, execute, and get things done.You’ll likely bring:1–3 years’ experience in operations, coordination, or project delivery.Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.A proactive, problem-solving mindset, you enjoy making things run better.Curiosity about technology, national security, and purposeful workWhat You’ll GetA front-row seat to how a mission-driven business operates and grows.Direct mentorship and visibility with leadership.Real autonomy to own initiatives and see your work in action.Competitive salary + performance bonus + hybrid working flexibility.
