Company DescriptionThera is an agriculture lender based in Sydney. We finance farmland, livestock, crop inputs and ag-equipment for Australian farmers. Thera's commercial thesis is built on customer relationships and genuine service with a sound understanding of the agriculture sector.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for Middle Office Analyst located in Sydney CBD. Key deliverables of the role are to process invoices for payment, reconcile incoming payments, credit management, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address enquiries and fulfill reporting expectations. Maintaining strong relationships with clients is an essential part of this role and requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and an analytical and attention to detail skillset. Working on various projects and identifying process improvement form an important part of this role. QualificationsAt least 2 years of financial administration, accounts payables/receivables or account management experienceExperience in agribusiness / agri-banking and/or agricultureBe able to analyse invoices and basic financial statementsHave good attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficient Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly ExcelMust be an Australian citizen
