We don't just run ads; we operate as fractional growth partners focusing on Unit Economics, LTV, and conversion optimization.We are looking for an Integrator. Our Media Buyers handle the front-stage client communication. Your job is the back-stage. You will manage the internal team, enforce our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure every piece of work delivered hits a perfect 5/5 on our internal quality scorecard.If you love Notion, spreadsheets, checklists, and holding talented people accountable without micromanaging, this is for you.Your Core Responsibilities:Reviewing weekly client update videos recorded by the media buyers. If they don't include a strategic action plan, you reject it internally before the client ever sees it.When we crack a new strategy (e.g., a new Shopify upsell flow or fixing a tracking discrepancy), you build the exact checklist so the team can replicate it instantly.Running our daily 10-minute team stand-up to clear roadblocks and ensure a "Time-to-Action" of under 48 hours for all client bottlenecks.Full management of team and structure.The Offer & 90-Day Trial: This is a full-time role. We start with a strict 90-day trial period. If you can systemize our backend and ensure top-tier delivery, you transition to a permanent role with a base salary + a lucrative performance bonus tied to Net Retention Rate (NRR) and agency profitability.
