Operations and Maintenance Engineer

As a Domain software O&M Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Univers SaaS product, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to optimize software product, enhance system stability, and promote automation in operations.Responsibilities:Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability.Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs.Help applications developed by company go to productionProvide governance in application maintenance and software deploymentCoordinate between product, project, customer for product related issuesFeedback issues to product teams for better product enablementMaintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Energy management/Micro-GridSoftware deployment and upgrade where necessaryWrite and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and related technical materials.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent2-5 years’ experience in Application MaintenanceHands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigationRich experience on database ( Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.)VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.Able to handle fast moving technology trend.Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid)Open mind to learn new technology and embrace new areas in a fast-growing organizationTeam player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines.Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Chinese speaking and reading would be a big plus.Take ownership of what you work on.
