We’re looking for an Operations and Project Support Intern who loves being in the middle of things and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re organised, curious, and ready to jump in, you’ll thrive here.Your Day to Day: Operations, Coordination, and Project SupportManage scheduling and help keep the CEO’s calendar sanePrepare meeting briefs so we show up ready and focusedHandle follow ups with partners, suppliers, and vendorsKeep trackers and internal systems updated so projects stay on trackSupport logistics for workshops, events, and product shipmentsPull together simple reports, summaries, and planning documentsKeep shared folders organised and easy to navigateTake meeting notes and turn them into clear action pointsKeep team priorities visible and on trackDo background research for partnerships, grants, and new opportunitiesWhat You Bring (and What You’ll Grow Into)Must be enrolled in a university or applied sciences programme and eligible for internship creditStrong organisational skills and solid attention to detailClear communication skills in English, and preferably DutchComfortable with Google Workspace and basic spreadsheetsReliable, proactive, and good at managing moving piecesInterested in operations, problem solving, and social impactCurious, steady, and up for trying new thingsDesigned to Support YouFlexible hybrid or remote setup depending on your scheduleClose collaboration with the She Matters leadership teamReal insight into how a growing social enterprise operates behind the scenesHands on experience that builds confidence in organisation, planning, and project supportWork that directly supports women rebuilding their livesIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!Apply directly or email jobs@shematters.nl.
