CCP Global promotes effective, practical, and appropriate risk management and operational standards for CCPs to ensure the safety and efficiency of the financial markets it represents. CCP Global leads and assesses global regulatory and industry initiatives that concern CCPs to form consensus views of its members and seeks to actively engage with regulatory agencies and industry constituents through consultation responses, forum discussions and position papers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role located on-site in the Amsterdam Area. We are in search of a highly motivated and meticulous Operations Working Committee (OWC) Professional to assist the OWC in resolving significant operational and technical issues put forward by industry forums and regulatory authorities. This role will center on promoting process optimization, accelerating fintech integration, fortifying cybersecurity architectures, boosting operational effectiveness, and encouraging cross-institutional innovation. Additionally, the role involves analyzing how operational risks and their impacts may propagate across global financial markets. A primary duty of this position is to participate in the planning, implementation, and administration of the CCP Global Cyber Resilience Exercise (CRE), ensuring its compliance with industry norms and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in financial services operations, fintech, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance—preferably with exposure to global financial markets or industry Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external members at all levels. Strong collaboration skills to work in cross - functional teams and drive collaborative projects to success.Knowledge of process modeling tools, cybersecurity software, and data analysis tools is an advantage.Familiarity with financial products, market infrastructure, and post-trade processes is a strong plus.
