Operations Asset ManagerWe’re working with a leading real estate investment group seeking an Operations Asset Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and mixed use assets across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.This is a hands-on, site-focused role (around 70% onsite) where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring properties run efficiently and tenants receive a first-class experience. You’ll work closely with property managers and FM providers to resolve issues, improve standards, and maintain operational excellence across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and service delivery across multiple assetsConduct regular site visits and ensure maintenance, safety, and FM standards are metManage tenant relationships and resolve operational issues promptlySupport budgeting, service charge, and CAPEX planning with internal teamsIdentify opportunities to enhance operational performance and tenant satisfactionProfile7+ years’ experience in property or asset management (commercial/retail/mixed use preferred)Strong operational focus with excellent attention to detailConfident managing multiple stakeholders and service providersProactive, hands-on, and comfortable spending most time on-siteWhy JoinYou’ll be joining a specialist, dynamic, and highly professional team with a flat structure, giving you real ownership and visibility across the portfolio.
