We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations to join our dynamic BPO team!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.Monitor operations to ensure service quality, process compliance, and timely delivery.Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans.Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to enhance team performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of experience in Operations Management within a BPO environment.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Excellent command of English (verbal and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
