Job Description

Department: HR & Administration DepartmentJob Purpose:To provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the HR & Administration Department, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities.The Operations Assistant will assist in recruitment coordination, administrative logistics, and general HR operations, supporting HR processes without handling confidential HR files directly.Key Responsibilities:HR & Administrative Support• Assist the HR Department in general support tasks such as scheduling, communication, and data entry.• Help in preparing HR-related reports, summaries, or forms as requested.• Support onboarding logistics (preparing workspace, collecting basic documents, etc.).• Maintain organized tracking sheets under the supervision of the HR Department.2.Office & Operational Tasks• Handle routine office correspondence, documentation, and coordination between departments.• Support in arranging meetings, logistics, and internal events.• Ensure smooth daily operations and timely communication between departments.• Assist with administrative purchasing, inventory, and office supplies tracking when needed.3.Recruitment Coordination• Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, collecting applications, scheduling interviews).• Follow up with candidates and assist in onboarding coordination.• Liaise between HR, Admin, and other departments to ensure efficient hiring operations.4.Reporting & Coordination• Prepare simple operational updates and progress reports for management review.• Ensure accurate communication and follow-up across teams and departments.Qualifications & Skills:• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.• Professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality.Send your CV and A cover letter to HR@SOC.IQWrite Job title in email subject
